At Shiba Inu Puppies Heaven, we prioritize the health and safety of every puppy. We guarantee that each puppy is healthy, well-cared for, and free from any signs of infection at the time of delivery.

Our relationship with you doesn’t end when you take your puppy home. As experienced breeders, we understand that while we strive to raise healthy, happy puppies, some aspects of a dog’s health depend on genetics, exercise, nutrition, and ongoing care.

Health Guarantee

In the unlikely event that your puppy develops a serious health disorder within one year of purchase—or if an unexpected event results in the puppy’s death within that time—we will offer you a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost. A certified veterinarian must confirm the cause of death or health disorder, and you’ll need to send us a copy of the vet’s report.

Ensuring a Healthy Start

To ensure your puppy’s continued good health, follow these steps:

• Health Check: Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of receiving them.
• Vaccinations: Your puppy will come with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Please continue regular deworming and follow your vet’s recommended vaccination schedule.

What Our Health Guarantee Covers

Before shipping, all our puppies undergo a comprehensive health examination conducted by a licensed veterinarian. This exam covers:

• Cardiovascular health
• Skin and coat condition
• Eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, and gums
• Musculoskeletal health
• Respiratory system
• Urogenital and gastrointestinal systems

A health certificate will be provided at the time of shipping to assure you that your puppy is in good health. Should our veterinarian identify any serious health concerns, the puppy will not be shipped until those concerns are resolved.

Exceptions to the Guarantee

Our health guarantee does not cover conditions related to spaying or neutering, including undescended testicles. Additionally, failure to provide regular vet care and health checkups will void this guarantee.
